2009 SHIP Applications

Just a little information on SHIP Applications:
The SHIP prograom is now handled by the Community Development Department (it used to be under Growth Management)
We have received the new SHIP applications, there are two different types of applications "Down Payment Assistance Programs" (for people buying a house) and "Housing Rehabilitation Program" (for people fixing up a house). The applications are now only two pages: an initial application form and an application cycle information page. The 30-day application cycle runs March 9, 2009 through April 7, 2009.
